We offer variety of training programs that focuses on different approaches in the environmental and social safeguards work. All of our training programs are equipped with course outlines to promote the best practices for individuals or agencies involved in development and infrastructure projects.
We make sure to provide our participants learning materials designed and prepared by experts from the field.

For the past five years, the Philippine Learning Center conducted its training programs in a face-to-face set-up. Each training programs is composed of four days with site visit, final group presentation, and panel discussion.
As we face the new normal, we deemed it necessary to adapt and face the challenges brought by COVID-19. That’s why last year, 2020, we decided to jump onto the digital platform. This year for the first half of 2021, the center offers two webinar series and a self-paced learning program. All of which designed for a blended remote learning.

Participants are provided with their unique links to access the webinar sessions. Access to the PHILCESS Learning Management System (LMS) are also provided to participants, granting them access to recorded sessions, added resource materials, and sample case studies. Materials are downloadable and access is available for six-months.
We understand that there is a new flow with everyone’s schedules. One of the best things with our transition to the digital platform is that recording of lectures are accessible in our LMS.
